Fri Jan 31 15:25:13 UTC 2025: ## Puducherry Girls Win Top Prize at Inter-School Quiz Competition
**Puducherry, January 31, 2025** – An inter-school quiz competition held at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 Jipmer in Puducherry saw a victory for female students. The event, part of the Parakram Diwas celebrations commemorating Subhash Chandra Bose’s birth anniversary, also marked the eighth edition of the Pareeksha Pe Charcha initiative focused on reducing exam stress.
K. Jaya Darshini and S. Vaishali, students from Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kadirkamam and St. Joseph Cluny School respectively, shared the first prize. Ten students from various schools shared second place, and five students shared third. The competition involved students from a range of schools across Puducherry, including Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya and several Kendriya Vidyalayas.
The valedictory session included floral tributes to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, with prizes and certificates awarded to all winners and participation certificates to all participants. Sumanesh, a graduate teacher from KV Jipmer, served as the quiz master.
