**Hyderabad, January 30, 2025** – Gurram Vijayalakshmi, Managing Director of Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Constructions in Mallampet, Medchal district, was arrested on Thursday by police. She is accused of land grabbing, unauthorized construction on government land, and defrauding several individuals.
According to police, victims filed a complaint alleging that Vijayalakshmi had occupied government land, built structures without necessary permits, and then evaded responsibility. Police apprehended her at Shamshabad Airport and subsequently transferred her to Dundigal Police Station. A large number of complainants gathered at the police station following the arrest. Further investigation is underway.
