**Tirunelveli, January 30, 2025** – Water levels in two major Tamil Nadu dams, Papanasam and Manimuthar, are reported to be below maximum capacity, according to data released today. The Papanasam Dam currently stands at 111.10 feet (out of a maximum 143 feet), with an inflow of 484.49 cusecs and an outflow of 800 cusecs. Meanwhile, the Manimuthar Dam’s water level is at 99.35 feet (out of 118 feet), with an inflow of 185 cusecs and an outflow of 435 cusecs. The information was published by The Hindu this evening.
