Thu Jan 30 01:00:00 UTC 2025: ## Knicks Rout Kings Behind Anunoby’s 33 Points, Hart’s Triple-Double
**NEW YORK —** The New York Knicks dominated the Sacramento Kings Saturday night, securing a 143-120 victory fueled by a stellar performance from their stars. OG Anunoby led the scoring with 33 points, while Josh Hart notched his sixth triple-double of the season, contributing 20 points, 18 rebounds, and 11 assists.
Mikal Bridges added 27 points to the Knicks’ offensive onslaught, and Jalen Brunson, playing his first game since being named an All-Star starter (alongside Karl-Anthony Towns), chipped in 25 points and 11 assists. Towns himself contributed 16 points and 15 rebounds.
The Kings, despite a 31-point performance from Malik Monk and a 25-point, 13-rebound, 12-assist triple-double from Domantas Sabonis, couldn’t keep pace with the Knicks’ high-powered attack. DeMar DeRozan added 18 points for Sacramento.
The Knicks built a significant lead in the second quarter, only to see the Kings mount a comeback. However, New York ultimately pulled away in the third and fourth quarters, leading by as many as 24 points. A brief delay occurred early in the fourth quarter to verify the height of one of the baskets.
The victory marked the Knicks’ first over the Kings at Madison Square Garden since November 2019. The Knicks’ Bridges and Anunoby are the only players on their roster to have appeared in all 46 games this season. The Kings, meanwhile, have yet to have a single player appear in all 45 games.
The Knicks will face the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday, while the Kings travel to Brooklyn to play the Nets.
