HYDERABAD, INDIA – January 30, 2025 – The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully launched its 100th mission, the NVS-02 navigation satellite, on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025. The launch, conducted from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, saw significant contributions from two Hyderabad-based private companies: Ananth Technologies and MTAR Technologies.
Ananth Technologies supplied crucial components including sub-systems, attitude and orbit control electronics, data acquisition units, transponders, and power modules. MTAR Technologies also played a vital role, providing mission-critical products such as Vikas engines and cryogenic upper stage systems.
Both companies lauded ISRO’s achievement and expressed their commitment to ongoing collaborations with the space agency. The successful launch marks a significant milestone for ISRO and underscores the growing involvement of private Indian companies in space exploration.
