Wed Jan 29 14:20:00 IST 2025: ## O.J. Simpson’s Son Sued for Allegedly Misappropriating Father’s Las Vegas Home

**Las Vegas, NV** – Justin Simpson, son of the late O.J. Simpson, is facing a lawsuit alleging he improperly claimed his father’s Las Vegas home after his death. The lawsuit, filed January 6th by Malcolm LaVergne, the special administrator of O.J. Simpson’s estate, targets Justin Simpson’s company, Primary Holdings LLC.

The suit claims that Justin Simpson moved into the Arbour Garden Avenue property following his father’s death from cancer on April 10, 2023. It alleges that Primary Holdings, solely owned by Justin Simpson, refuses to reimburse the estate for O.J. Simpson’s investment in the property. The property was purchased in August 2022 under an agreement purportedly designed to protect O.J. Simpson’s assets from creditors, including the IRS and the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

The lawsuit contends that while Primary Holdings held the title, O.J. Simpson remained the de facto owner, continuing to pay the mortgage, utilities, and other expenses until his death. It further alleges that Justin Simpson, using his knowledge as a real estate agent, convinced his ailing father to transfer ownership to an entity under his exclusive control.

LaVergne, the estate administrator, described Justin Simpson’s actions as “very selfish” and demanded either a quarter-million-dollar reimbursement reflecting the property’s equity or the transfer of the property’s title to the estate. Justin Simpson has not yet responded to requests for comment.
