Wed Jan 29 18:00:00 IST 2025: ## O.J. Simpson’s Estate Sues Son for Allegedly Seizing Vegas Home

**LAS VEGAS, NV (October 26, 2025)** – The estate of O.J. Simpson is suing his son, Justin Simpson, alleging he illegally seized control of his father’s Las Vegas home after his death. The lawsuit, filed earlier this month, claims Justin, a Nevada real estate agent, orchestrated the sale of the Summerlin property to his own company, Primary Holdings LLC, in 2022, under the guise of protecting O.J. Simpson’s finances from creditors.

The estate contends the sale was a fraudulent maneuver to circumvent creditors, and that Justin never legitimately acquired ownership. Following O.J. Simpson’s death in April 2024, Justin allegedly moved into the house and refused to vacate the premises. This action, the lawsuit argues, directly contradicts the terms of O.J. Simpson’s will, which stipulated an equal division of assets among his four children.

The estate is seeking financial damages and attorney’s fees, demanding the return of the property deed. No court hearing has yet been scheduled.
