**Haridwar, January 27:** The second “Shahi Snan” (royal bath) of the ongoing Kumbh Mela in Haridwar will take place on January 29th, coinciding with Mauni Amavasya, a day considered highly auspicious for spiritual liberation. Thousands of Naga Sadhus, adorned in their elaborate ritualistic attire (after 17 to 21 days of preparation), will participate in the sacred bath. The ceremony will also include the ritualistic bathing of the Dharma Dhwaj (religious flag) and the Abhishek (sacred anointing) of Surya Narayan (Sun God). The event is expected to draw massive crowds.
