**Bengaluru, January 29, 2025** – All government, aided, and private degree colleges near Yelahanka Air Force Station in Karnataka will be closed on February 13th and 14th due to the Aero India 2025 air show. The Collegiate Education Department issued the order on Tuesday, citing expected heavy traffic and the presence of numerous dignitaries from India and abroad. The decision, made following directives from the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary of the Higher Education Department, aims to minimize student inconvenience. Commissioner of Collegiate Education N. Manjushree stated the closure is a precautionary measure to ensure smooth proceedings during the event.
