**Mumbai, India –** Air India will unveil its upgraded premium cabin offerings and in-flight experience at the Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) 2025, taking place from January 30 to February 1 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The Tata-owned airline aims to highlight its transformation journey through an immersive and interactive exhibition booth.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the airline’s newly retrofitted A320 family aircraft business and premium economy class seats firsthand. These seats feature modern amenities including ample legroom, mood lighting, PED holders, and USB charging ports. A virtual reality (VR) experience will allow visitors to explore the airline’s new A350 aircraft, featuring 28 private business class suites with full-flat beds and a 1-2-1 configuration, along with 264 economy seats.
The A350 experience will showcase the aircraft’s advanced Panasonic eX3 in-flight entertainment system, offering over 3,800 hours of content, as well as the airline’s updated soft product, including new chinaware, tableware, bedding, and amenity kits. Attendees can also sample Air India’s refreshed in-flight meal options.
Air India Chief Commercial Officer Nipun Aggarwal stated that OTM 2025 provides a vital platform to connect with over 40,000 trade visitors globally and demonstrate the airline’s commitment to world-class service. The booth will also feature enrollment for the Maharaja Club frequent flyer program and a raffle with prizes including gift hampers and complimentary economy class tickets.
The airline’s history, dating back to 1932, and its current size – employing over 30,000 people and operating over 300 aircraft to 103 destinations across five continents – will also be highlighted. Air India’s presence at OTM 2025 promises a comprehensive look at its renewed focus on passenger experience and its ambitious growth strategy.
