**CHENNAI, INDIA – January 28, 2024** – Zoho Corporation announced a significant leadership change today, with co-founder Sridhar Vembu stepping down as CEO to focus on research and development. Taking the reins as the new group CEO is fellow co-founder Shailesh Kumar Davey, previously Zoho’s vice president of engineering at its ManageEngine division.
