**HYDERABAD, January 28, 2025** – Three teenage boys died early Tuesday morning in a tragic accident on the newly opened Aramghar to Zoo Park flyover in Hyderabad. The 14-year-olds, Maaz and Ahmed, and 16-year-old Imran, all residents of Hyderabad’s Old City, were riding a two-wheeler when they lost control and crashed into a divider around 12:30 a.m.
According to Attapur police inspector G. Venkat Rami Reddy, the teenagers were speeding when the accident occurred. Maaz died at the scene, while Imran and Ahmed succumbed to their injuries en route to the hospital. Police from the nearby Rajendranagar traffic police station responded to the crash after hearing the impact. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway. Authorities stated this is the first accident reported on the flyover since its inauguration earlier this month. The incident serves as a grim reminder of the dangers of speeding.
