Tue Jan 28 15:03:04 IST 2025: ## Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Faces Protest in Kerala
**Kozhikode, Kerala –** Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra faced a protest during her visit to her Wayanad constituency in Kerala on Tuesday. A group of Left Democratic Front (LDF) activists waved black flags at her as she traveled from Kannur airport. The activists criticized Ms. Vadra for allegedly only visiting Wayanad when serious incidents occur.
Despite the protest, Ms. Vadra continued her scheduled visits. She offered condolences to the family of Radha, who was recently killed in a tiger attack, and to the family of N.M. Vijayan, a former district Congress committee treasurer who died by suicide in December. She is also expected to participate in a political march led by the Leader of the Opposition.
