**Kochi, January 28, 2025** – The Kerala High Court adjourned until February 3rd the hearing on an anticipatory bail plea filed by M.S. Shuhaib. Shuhaib, CEO of the online learning platform M.S. Solutions, is accused of leaking Class X question papers for Christmas and Onam examinations via his YouTube channel.

Shuhaib claims his inclusion in the case is baseless, alleging that the real culprits are a tuition center lobby and potentially the office of the Education Minister. He suggests his targeting is a diversionary tactic. The court requested Shuhaib to present the relevant video during the next hearing.
