MUMBAI, INDIA – January 28, 2025 – Denta Water and Infra Solutions, a water management infrastructure company, is set to list its shares on the stock market on January 29th, 2025. The company’s initial public offering (IPO), which raised ₹220.50 crore (approximately $26.8 million USD), was oversubscribed by a staggering 221.54 times.

The three-day IPO, which offered 0.75 crore shares at a price band of ₹279-294 per share, attracted bids worth ₹34,195.41 crore. Investor interest was particularly strong across all categories, with non-institutional investors oversubscribing by 507 times.

Ahead of its listing, Denta Water’s shares commanded a significant grey market premium, indicating strong market anticipation. The company plans to use the IPO proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Denta Water, founded in 2016, specializes in designing and installing water management infrastructure, particularly groundwater recharge projects, which contribute approximately 95% of its revenue. The company also secured ₹66.15 crore from anchor investors prior to the IPO.
