**Mumbai, January 28, 2025** – The allotment of shares for the highly oversubscribed Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd. initial public offering (IPO) has been delayed. While the allotment was expected on Monday, January 28th, it has yet to be finalized. The website of the registrar, Integrated Registry Management Services, is currently unavailable.

The IPO, a fresh issue of ₹220.5 crore, was oversubscribed by a massive 221.68 times, receiving bids for 1,16,38,18,100 shares against the 5,250,000 shares on offer. Strong demand was seen across all investor categories, with non-institutional investors subscribing 507.27 times, qualified institutional buyers 236.94 times, and retail individual investors 90.56 times.

Despite the delay in allotment, Denta Water shares are still scheduled to list on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday, January 29th, at 10:00 AM.
