**AMES, IA –** The No. 3 Iowa State Cyclones overcame a halftime deficit to defeat Arizona State 76-61 Saturday night. Curtis Jones led the Cyclones with 33 points, while Keshon Gilbert’s crucial seven-point scoring streak during a decisive 19-3 run in the second half proved pivotal in securing the victory.
Iowa State struggled offensively early, taking nearly four minutes to score their first points and trailing 40-33 at the break.
