**Los Angeles, CA – January 23, 2025** – Activision has announced the launch of Season 02 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, arriving on Tuesday, January 28th at 9 AM PT across all platforms. This season dramatically shifts the power dynamic in Avalon, thrusting the previously victorious Rogue Team into a desperate fight for survival.

Following a celebratory party, the Luttazzi crime family has placed a substantial bounty on the Rogue Team’s heads, leading to a thrilling new storyline where the hunters become the hunted. Players will experience this narrative through a series of intense missions and encounters.

Season 02 delivers a massive amount of free and premium content, including:

* **Five new Multiplayer maps:** Bounty (a crime boss’s penthouse), Dealership (a black market vehicle exchange), Lifeline Strike (a yacht), Bullet Strike (a high-speed train – mid-season), and the returning fan-favorite Grind from Black Ops II (mid-season).
* **Six new weapons:** The Cypher 091 Assault Rifle, PPSh-41 SMG, Feng 82 LMG, and TR2 Marksman Rifle are launching alongside the season. Additional melee weapons and a projectile weapon will be released mid-season.
* **New Multiplayer modes:** Overdrive (a fast-paced Team Deathmatch variant) and the return of Gun Game.
* **Valentine’s Day Limited Time Modes:** Third Wheel Gunfight (3v3) and Couples Dance Off (2v2).
