**NOIDA, UP** – The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has finally announced the revised exam dates for the 2025 General Duty (GD) Constable recruitment. The computer-based exam will commence on February 4th, 2025, and will be conducted across various dates in February. City slips for the February 4th exam are already available.
The written exam, to be held in 13 regional languages including English and Hindi, will be conducted on February 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, and 25th, 2025. City slips for subsequent exam dates will be released a few days prior to the respective exams. Candidates can check their schedules and download their admit cards on the official SSC website (ssc.gov.in) using their registration number and password.
A total of 39,481 vacancies are available, with 35,612 for male candidates and 3,869 for female candidates. The recruitment drive is for various central armed police forces including BSF, CRPF, AR, CISF, SSB, ITBP, NCB, and SSF.
The exam will consist of 80 objective-type questions, each carrying 2 marks, with a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. For more details, candidates are advised to refer to the official SSC website.
