**NEW DELHI** – The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the exam schedule for the SSC GD Constable 2025 recruitment. The exam will be held from February 4th to 28th, 2025, to fill constable positions in Central Armed Police Forces, SSB, Assam Rifles, and the Narcotics Control Bureau.
The exam will be conducted in a Computer Based Test (CBT) format, comprising 80 objective-type questions (2 marks each) with a 0.25-mark deduction for each incorrect answer. The paper will be divided into four sections: General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and English/Hindi. Each section will contain 20 questions.
Candidates must carry their admit cards and a photo ID for the exam. Mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Any candidate found with prohibited items will be immediately dismissed from the exam center. Admit cards will be released after the exam city slip, both available on the official SSC website (ssc.gov.in).
