Mon Jan 27 21:54:30 IST 2025: ## New Vigilance App and Employee Awards Launched by South Central Railway
**Hyderabad, January 27, 2025** – South Central Railway (SCR) General Manager Arun Kumar Jain launched the “SCR ANIMISHA” vigilance app today. This new app serves as a comprehensive knowledge portal, providing access to crucial information including Railway Board vigilance circulars, manuals, system improvements, disciplinary and appeal conduct rules, and details on the Prevention of Corruption Act. The app will also feature updates on vacancies, departmental bulletins, and achievements within the vigilance department.
Following the launch, Mr. Jain presented “employee of the month” awards to nine railway personnel from various departments and divisions, including loco pilots, track maintainers, and technicians. Three awardees were from each of the Hyderabad and Guntakal divisions, two from Vijayawada, and one from Secunderabad.
Mr. Jain also conducted a comprehensive review of train operations safety with divisional managers, focusing on crew working hours and emphasizing the importance of adequate rest for employees. The meeting also addressed the current stock levels of safety-related materials, according to a press release.
