**Hyderabad, January 26, 2025** – Senior police officers across Hyderabad marked the 76th Republic Day with flag-hoisting ceremonies at various police department offices. Additional DGP Swati Lakra led the ceremony at the Telangana police headquarters in Basheerbagh, while Hyderabad Joint Commissioner of Police (Administration) Parimala Hana Nutan presided over the event at the Hyderabad police headquarters in Banjara Hills.

Cyberabad Commissioner of Police Avinash Mohanty also celebrated the occasion at the city’s IT center by awarding 29 Ati Utkrisht Seva Padak and 18 Utkrisht Seva Padak to police officials for distinguished service. Mohanty emphasized the honor and privilege of police work, urging officers to maintain unwavering commitment and dedication. Similar celebrations were held at the Excise Bhavan, led by Telangana Excise Commissioner Chevvuru Hari Kiran and Prohibition and Excise Director V.B. Kamalasan Reddy.
