**NEW DELHI –** The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced today that the exam schedule for the 2025 Constable (GD) recruitment will be released on January 26th, 2025. The recruitment drive will fill positions in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Assam Rifles, and the Narcotics Control Bureau.
Applicants can access the schedule via the official SSC website using their registration details. Exam city intimation slips will be available ten days prior to the respective exam shift, with admit cards released four days beforehand. The “Admission Certificate cum Commission Copy” will also be available for download four days before each exam shift. For example, a candidate with an exam scheduled for February 10th, 2025 will receive their city slip on February 1st and their admit card on February 6th.
The exam will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) featuring 80 objective-type questions, each worth 2 marks. A deduction of 0.25 marks will be applied for each incorrect answer. The test will be divided into four sections, each containing 20 questions. Candidates are urged to regularly check the SSC website for updates.
