**Delhi, January 24, 2025** – XO & Mi@Le Belvedere, a new Asian fusion restaurant, has opened its doors at the Le Meridien Hotel in Delhi, inheriting the legacy of the iconic Le Belvedere. Located on the 20th floor, the 122-seat restaurant boasts stunning views of the city skyline, including India Gate.

The restaurant’s name, XO & Mi, reflects its diverse menu, drawing inspiration from street food across Southeast Asia. Executive Sous Chef Shekhar Kiroula describes the cuisine as a playful exploration of Korean pancakes, bulgogi, dim sum, sushi, robata grills, and more.

A recent review highlighted several dishes, including a unique burnt corn and asparagus soup, a trio of expertly crafted dim sum, a refreshing chilled tomato and burrata salad, and the Okonami prawn toast. Main courses sampled included Yaki udon noodles, black pepper lamb, and Sichuan mapo tofu. While some dishes received high praise, the lamb was noted as slightly chewy.

XO & Mi@Le Belvedere also offers an extensive drinks menu featuring classic cocktails and unique creations. The dessert section, a departure from many traditional Asian restaurants, features innovative options like miso caramel chocolate fondant, Vietnamese coffee tres leches, and a popular hot honey Shibuya toast.

The restaurant is open for reservations and offers a fine dining experience with an estimated cost of ₹12,000 plus tax for two (excluding alcohol).
