**Bengaluru, January 23, 2025** – Samsung has launched its new Galaxy S25 series in India, highlighting its advanced AI capabilities and local manufacturing. The smartphones, boasting significant performance improvements and a new One UI 7 interface, will be produced at Samsung’s Noida factory.
J.B. Park, President and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia, announced the launch, emphasizing the series’ “context-aware, personalized AI” features. He stated that the Galaxy S25 series represents a key step in Samsung’s broader vision to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences.
The Galaxy S25 series features One UI 7, an AI-first platform designed for intuitive controls and personalized mobile experiences. The phones utilize AI agents with multimodal capabilities to interpret text, speech, images, and videos, enabling more natural interactions. Context-aware suggestions for next steps also aid users in performing actionable searches.
Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor, Samsung claims a performance boost of up to 40% in NPU, 37% in CPU, and 30% in GPU compared to its predecessor.
Pre-orders for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 are now open in India. Pricing starts at ₹80,999 for the base Galaxy S25 model and goes up to ₹1,65,999 for the top-tier Galaxy S25 Ultra with 1TB storage.
