**Mumbai, January 21, 2025** – A technical fault at Vaitarna railway station caused delays to long-distance and suburban train services in Mumbai this morning. According to Western Railway officials, a problem on the station’s up line occurred around 7:30 am, causing delays of 20 to 30 minutes for long-distance trains. While suburban services were also impacted, the Western Railway’s chief PRO reported that the issue was resolved by 8:00 am and services have since returned to normal.
