**Tirunelveli, January 21, 2025** – A public distribution system (PDS) grievance redressal meet will be held across all taluks in Tirunelveli district on Saturday, January 25th, District Collector K.P. Karthikeyan announced. The meet aims to address concerns regarding ration cards and the quality of essential commodities.
Cardholders can utilize this opportunity to add or delete names from their ration cards, change addresses, apply for new cards, and update linked mobile phone numbers. Supporting documents such as Aadhaar cards, birth/death certificates, and address proof are required.
Complaints regarding unsatisfactory services from ration shop personnel, subpar commodity quality, and illegal black market sales of rationed goods (rice, sugar, cooking oil, etc.) can also be registered.
