**Mumbai, January 20, 2025** – Yogesh Mahajan, a well-known Marathi film and Hindi television actor, passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 44 due to a sudden cardiac arrest. The actor, currently starring in the TV show “Shiv Shakti Tap Tyag Tandav,” was found unconscious at his Umergaon flat. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was pronounced dead.

Mahajan’s career spanned numerous popular Hindi television serials, including “Adalat,” “Jai Shri Krishna,” “Chakravarti Ashok Samrat,” and “Devon Ke Dev Mahadev.” He also garnered acclaim for his roles in Marathi films like “Mumbai Che Shahane” and “Sansarachi Maya.”

Co-stars have expressed their shock and grief. Suzan Burnett, a fellow actor in “Shiv Shakti Tap Tyag Tandav,” described Mahajan as a “brilliant human being and actor,” recalling their positive working relationship.
