**HYDERABAD, January 20, 2025** – Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has allayed concerns regarding the transparency of beneficiary selection for various state welfare schemes. Speaking at the inauguration of a Primary Health Centre in Khammam district on Sunday, Mr. Vikramarka emphasized that beneficiary lists for programs like Rythu Bharosa (farmer support), Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa (landless laborer support), new ration cards, and Indiramma Houses are prepared openly during village-level gram sabhas.

These schemes, he announced, will be rolled out statewide on January 26th. The Deputy CM detailed the financial assistance, stating that eligible families will receive ration cards, farmers will receive ₹12,000 per acre under Rythu Bharosa, and landless farm laborers’ families will receive ₹12,000 annually under Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa.

In addition to the welfare announcements, Mr. Vikramarka also unveiled several development projects for the Khammam district, including a 50-bed hospital in Yerrupalem and the promotion of ecotourism, with plans to develop local tanks as tourist attractions. He cited the recent foundation laying for an urban park in Jamalapuram as an example of these tourism initiatives.
