**Hubballi, Karnataka, January 20, 2025** – Two fatal accidents were reported in Karnataka on Monday, claiming the lives of an 18-year-old college student and a 65-year-old woman.
In Hubballi, Adwait, an 18-year-old college student, died after his two-wheeler collided with a garbage tractor. Adwait was on his way to a coaching center with a friend, Vivek, who sustained injuries in the accident. Police reports suggest Adwait lost control of his vehicle.
Separately, in Navalgund taluk of Dharwad district, Renavva Channappa Karadigudd, 65, was killed when the two-wheeler she was riding pillion on was involved in an accident with a truck. Her husband, who was driving the two-wheeler, suffered injuries. Navalgund Police have registered a case.
