AMARAVATI, INDIA – Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will embark on a high-profile trip to the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, this Sunday, aiming to attract significant foreign and domestic investment to the state. Naidu will spend four days promoting “Brand AP,” showcasing the state’s strengths, including its skilled workforce, robust infrastructure, government incentives, and stable political environment.

His itinerary includes meetings with a wide range of global business leaders and industrialists, including Lakshmi Mittal, executive chairman of ArcelorMittal, and representatives from Coca-Cola, Welspun, LG, Carlsberg, Cisco, Walmart International, and Cognizant Technologies. He will also participate in a “Meet and Greet Telugu Diaspora” event to engage with the Indian community in Switzerland. Naidu plans to hold at least ten meetings and conferences per day during his visit, focusing on securing investments in various sectors, including green hydrogen.

Accompanied by IT Minister Nara Lokesh, Industries Minister TG Bharat, and other officials, Naidu will depart from Amaravati on Sunday, making stops in Delhi and Zurich before reaching Davos. The Chief Minister is expected to return to India on the fourth day. The trip underscores Andhra Pradesh’s ambitious economic development plans and its commitment to attracting global investment.
