**Kochi, Kerala:** Veteran journalist Nishad Ameen has joined the Times of India’s Malayalam publication as a content producer. Ameen brings 16 years of experience in the media industry, having worked in various capacities across Kerala and the Gulf region.
His impressive resume includes a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Calicut University, a PG Diploma in Television Journalism from the Calicut Press Club, and a postgraduate degree in English Literature. He spent seven years working as a journalist in Saudi Arabia, where he also served as the General Secretary of the Indian Media Forum.
Ameen has held senior positions at prominent publications including Suprabhatham, Malayala Manorama News, and Tejas, working as a senior sub-editor, Gulf News editor, and senior reporter. He has experience in various bureaus and editorial desks in Kerala, the Gulf, and internationally in New Delhi, Riyadh, Jeddah, and the UAE.
