**Hyderabad, January 18, 2025** – The Nandamuri family gathered today at NTR Ghat in Hyderabad to commemorate the death anniversary of legendary actor and politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (Sr NTR). Jr NTR, Kalyan Ram, and Balakrishna were among the family members who paid their respects early this morning. AP Minister Nara Lokesh is also expected to visit later in the day.

Balakrishna, in a statement, lauded his father as a revolutionary politician and a versatile actor who pioneered groundbreaking welfare schemes. He described Sr NTR as a unique individual whose impact transcends death. Balakrishna, whose recent film *Daaku Maharaaj* was a success, will also pay tribute at Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital and a mega blood donation camp is underway at NTR Trust Bhavan.

Jr NTR, currently filming *War 2*, and Kalyan Ram, preparing for his upcoming film *NKR21*, joined the family in honoring their grandfather’s legacy. The event served as a poignant reminder of Sr NTR’s enduring contribution to Telugu cinema and politics.
