**KANPUR, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA** – Three men have been arrested and paraded through the Lal Bangla market in Kanpur after CCTV footage revealed their involvement in a brazen act of violence. On Wednesday, the trio – Sahil (18), Debu Kumar Valmiki (27), and Razjulla (23) – celebrated their gang leader’s birthday by firing shots and throwing bombs in the busy market.
Police used CCTV footage to identify and apprehend the suspects. In a show of force designed to restore public confidence, the arrested men were subsequently paraded through the same market where they committed the crimes.
