**Navi Mumbai, India –** British rock band Coldplay’s highly anticipated “Music of the Spheres World Tour” concerts at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai are set to begin on January 18th, with shows also scheduled for the 19th and 21st. To manage the expected influx of approximately 5,000 fans per night, Navi Mumbai police have implemented extensive security and traffic management plans.

Nearly 1,000 police officers will be deployed across the three concert days, with 70 officers and 434 policemen inside the stadium, and 21 officers and 440 policemen stationed outside each day. These measures aim to ensure law and order and a safe environment for concertgoers.

Significant traffic restrictions will be in effect from 7 am to midnight on January 18th, 19th, and 21st. Several roads near the DY Patil Stadium will be closed to all vehicles except for authorized personnel, including the stretch from Bhimashankar Society to LP Rickshaw Stand and the service road near the Indian Oil Corporation Terminal. Traffic diversions have been put in place to reroute vehicles around the affected areas. Furthermore, heavy vehicles from various locations, including Uran, Nhavasheva, Pune, and Thane, are banned from entering designated areas during the concert dates. Thane city police have also implemented similar restrictions on heavy vehicle movement within their jurisdiction. Designated parking areas will be available for attendees.
