**Hyderabad, India –** Hyderabad’s annual Numaish exhibition, organized by the All India Industrial Exhibition (AIIE) Society, is experiencing a surge in attendance this year, exceeding last year’s numbers by a significant margin. Despite the rise of e-commerce, the exhibition has seen a 25,000 increase in ticket sales during its first ten days compared to the same period in 2022. Sunday alone attracted a massive 70,000 visitors.
Over 2,200 stalls are showcasing a diverse range of products, reflecting the 2,500 applications received by the society. The exhibition offers a blend of shopping, business opportunities, and recreational activities, and is expected to draw hundreds of thousands of visitors throughout its run.
AIIE Society Secretary B Surrender Reddy stated that the e-commerce boom has had no discernible negative impact on the exhibition’s popularity. Robust security measures, including CCTV surveillance, on-site police, and fire safety protocols, are in place to ensure visitor safety and well-being.
