**New Delhi:** Delhi Chief Minister Atishi Marlena’s latest election affidavit reveals a significant increase in her assets and a notable omission of her spouse’s information. Filed ahead of the upcoming elections, the affidavit shows her immovable assets have risen by ₹17.14 lakh since 2020, now totaling ₹76.93 lakh in movable assets. However, the column for spouse’s name, previously listing Praveen Singh, is now left blank.

The affidavit also reveals a rise in the number of pending criminal cases against her from one in 2020 to four in 2025, although she has not been convicted of any offense. Ms. Marlena confirmed her full name remains Atishi Marlena, clarifying her continued use of the surname despite past criticism.

Other changes in the affidavit include a new address and the identification of her father as Vijay Kumar Singh, as opposed to Tripta Wahi in the 2020 affidavit. The affidavit lists her profession as Politician, Chief Minister of Delhi, and states her salary as her source of income.

In contrast, Congress challenger Alka Lamba declared significantly higher assets, including immovable assets worth ₹61.12 lakh for herself and ₹14.36 lakh for a dependent, along with a commercial flat and a residential property in Delhi. Ms. Lamba’s qualifications include an M.Sc in Applied Chemistry and a Master’s in Education, while Ms. Marlena’s affidavit lists a Master of Science from Oxford University as her highest qualification.
