**Bengaluru, January 13, 2025** – The Bengaluru City Police are considering revoking Kannada actor Darshan’s firearm license following his alleged involvement in a murder case. Darshan, currently out on bail, has yet to surrender his licensed weapon despite a notice issued a fortnight ago by the R.R. Nagar police station.

Sources within the police department revealed that the West Division police requested the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Administration) a month ago to seize the firearm, following Darshan’s release on bail by the Karnataka High Court. Police officials express concern that Darshan might use the weapon to intimidate witnesses. The lack of response from the actor has prompted the Police Commissioner’s office to contemplate license revocation.
