**New York, NY** – Paramount+ has released the first nine episodes of its highly anticipated new series, “Landman,” a modern oil-industry drama co-created by Taylor Sheridan (“Yellowstone”) and Christian Wallace. Starring Demi Moore, Jon Hamm, and Billy Bob Thornton, the series, based on the Texas Monthly podcast “Boomtown,” follows the fortunes and misfortunes of those seeking wealth in the West Texas oil fields.
New episodes of “Landman” will debut weekly on Sundays through January 12th, available to stream at 3 a.m. ET/midnight PT. The show joins a growing list of Taylor Sheridan projects on the streaming service, including “1923,” “1883,” “Mayor of Kingstown,” “Lawmen: Bass Reeves,” “Special Ops: Lioness,” and “Tulsa King.”
This release coincides with recent price adjustments to Paramount+ subscriptions. The Essential plan has increased to $8 per month for new subscribers, while the Paramount+ with Showtime bundle is now $13 per month. Annual plans remain unchanged. The Paramount+ with Showtime plan offers ad-free streaming, local CBS access, and offline downloads.
