**Rajkot, India:** India Women continued their strong performance against Ireland Women, winning the toss and electing to bat in the second ODI of their three-match series on January 12th. The Indian batting line-up put on a commanding display, setting a formidable total well over 240 runs.

Smriti Mandhana and Pratima Rawal provided a stellar opening partnership, amassing over 150 runs before both were dismissed. Mandhana scored a well-deserved 73, while Rawal contributed a significant 61. Their departure didn’t deter the Indian innings, however, as Harleen Deol and Jemimah Rodrigues forged a substantial partnership exceeding 70 runs.

India’s powerplay was exceptionally successful, with Mandhana and Rawal accumulating 75 runs in the first 10 overs.
