Sat Jan 11 20:20:03 UTC 2025: ## Delhi BJP Launches Campaign Song Targeting AAP Ahead of Assembly Polls

**New Delhi, January 12, 2025** – The Delhi BJP launched its campaign song for the upcoming Assembly elections, directly attacking the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on allegations of corruption. The song, titled “Bahane Nahi, Badlav Chahiye; Delhi Mein BJP Sarkar Chahiye” (We don’t need excuses, but change; a BJP government is needed in Delhi), was unveiled by Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva and BJP MP Manoj Tiwari on Saturday.

Sachdeva accused the AAP government of misusing public funds for personal gain and called for accountability. He stated that Delhi residents have suffered under the AAP’s rule for the past ten years. The song itself, written and composed by Tiwari, further emphasizes this message.

In response, the AAP countered that Delhi’s real need is improved law and order. A party spokesperson demanded answers from Union Home Minister Amit Shah regarding the number of police personnel recruited and PCR vans added during the AAP’s tenure. The BJP’s election campaign is clearly focusing on highlighting alleged corruption within the current administration.
