**Tirupati, January 12:** Nandamuri Balakrishna’s latest action thriller, “Dakku Maharaaj,” hit theaters today, following a grand pre-release event on January 10th. The film, directed by Bobby Kolli, marks Balakrishna’s latest release after the successive successes of “Akhanda,” “Veera Simha Reddy,” and “Bhagwant Kesari.”
At the pre-release event, Balakrishna expressed his gratitude to his fans and shared insights into the film’s creation. He revealed that the inspiration for “Dakku Maharaaj” stemmed from his iconic portrayal of Krishnadevaraya in “Aditya 369,” stating that the desire to reprise a similar powerful role led to the development of this new project.
