**Chennai, January 11, 2025** – Cathay Pacific has announced the launch of its Premium Economy cabin on flights between Chennai and Hong Kong, offering travelers a new level of comfort on this popular route. The airline will utilize its advanced Airbus A350-900 aircraft, featuring Business, Premium Economy, and Economy class seating.
This upgrade reflects Cathay Pacific’s commitment to meeting evolving traveler needs, providing a choice between the full-service Business class and standard Economy. The Premium Economy cabin will offer enhanced comfort and personalized service, particularly beneficial on medium- and long-haul flights.
To accommodate increased demand, Cathay Pacific will also increase flight frequency on the Chennai-Hong Kong route. The route will operate four times weekly from January 2nd to March 1st, 2025, increasing to five times weekly from March 2nd to March 30th, 2025.
