**MUMBAI, INDIA –** MG Motor India has confirmed it will unveil its all-electric MPV, the M9, at the upcoming Auto Expo. Currently sold internationally, the M9 will be a premium offering under MG’s ‘Select’ range, targeting competitors like the Kia Carnival, Toyota Vellfire, and Lexus LM. However, MG aims to disrupt the market with a more aggressively priced model, estimated at approximately ₹65 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
The M9 boasts a spacious interior with features including electrically adjustable captain seats with massage function, three-zone climate control, a large touchscreen infotainment system, panoramic sunroof, power sliding doors, ambient lighting, window shades, and tray tables. Power comes from a 90 kWh battery pack, delivering a claimed range of 580 km and producing 241 bhp and 350 Nm of torque.
