Fri Jan 10 13:30:00 UTC 2025: **Fox Sports Hit with Lawsuit Alleging Sexual Harassment and Discrimination**

LOS ANGELES – A former Fox Sports hairstylist, Noushin Faraji, has filed a 42-page lawsuit against the network, alleging widespread sexual harassment and a toxic work environment. The suit, filed Friday in Los Angeles and seeking class-action status, names Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, Skip Bayless, and FS1 host Joy Taylor as defendants.

Faraji, who worked at Fox Sports from 2012 to 2023, alleges that FS1 head of content Charlie Dixon groped her at a party. She further claims that Skip Bayless, her former colleague on *Undisputed*, repeatedly harassed her, including offering her $1.5 million for sex and making inappropriate comments about her religious background. The suit also alleges that Joy Taylor, after initially being a friend, turned against Faraji, insulting her and mocking her accent.

The lawsuit claims Faraji reported these incidents to Human Resources multiple times without resolution. It alleges a pattern of retaliation against those who spoke out and a broader culture of misogyny, racism, and ableism at Fox Sports. The suit seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

Fox Sports released a statement saying they take the allegations seriously but declined further comment due to the pending litigation. Faraji’s attorney expressed confidence in their case and hopes the lawsuit will force Fox to address the alleged toxic workplace culture.

The lawsuit follows a year of significant changes at FS1, including the departures of Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe. While Colin Cowherd is mentioned in the suit, he is cleared of any wrongdoing. The suit notes that Fox Sports president Mark Silverman and CEO Eric Shanks may be added as defendants later in the process. The case draws parallels to previous lawsuits against ESPN and NFL Network alleging similar misconduct.
