**Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh, January 7, 2025** – Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party president K. Pawan Kalyan has announced ₹5 lakh ex gratia payments to the families of two young men who died in a road accident. Arava Manikanta, 23, and Thokada Charan, both from Gaigolupadu village in Kakinada district, were killed when their two-wheeler collided with a van on the Rajamahendravaram-Kakinada road on January 4th. The accident occurred while they were returning from the pre-release event of the film “Game Changer” in Rajamahendravaram.

In a statement, Mr. Kalyan expressed his condolences and stated that the Jana Sena Party would provide the ex gratia payments. He added that the state government would explore further assistance for the families.

Mr. Kalyan also criticized the condition of the Rajamahendravaram-Kakinada road, stating that it has been neglected for five years and promising its imminent repair. He intends to travel on the road himself to reach the Pithapuram constituency.
