**Bengaluru, January 8, 2025** – The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) will host a public convention titled “Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhan” in Belagavi on January 28th. The event, originally planned for December 27th, 2024, was postponed following the death of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Senior Congress leaders from across India are expected to attend.

The two-day convention commemorates the centenary of Mahatma Gandhi’s presidency over a Congress session in Belagavi. KPCC president and Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar recently met with AICC organizational secretary K.C. Venugopal to discuss the event’s preparations.
