**Roorkee, India –** The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has announced that admit cards for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 are now available for download. Candidates can access their admit cards via the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

The GATE 2025 exam, a crucial gateway for postgraduate engineering programs, will be held as a computer-based test (CBT) on February 1st, 2nd, 15th, and 16th, 2025, across eight zones. Results are expected to be released on March 19th, 2025, with the GATE score remaining valid for three years.

The exam will feature 30 papers, allowing candidates to choose one or two papers from permitted combinations. The three-hour exam will include Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions, assessing skills ranging from recall to synthesis. Negative marking will apply to incorrect MCQ answers.
