**Chennai, January 7, 2025** – Avadi Tank Factory police have arrested four individuals in connection with the murder of 22-year-old S. Dinesh in Veerapuram. Dinesh, a resident of Kanniamman Nagar, was found hacked to death on a nearby farmland. Police launched an investigation following the discovery of the body and subsequently apprehended M. Santhosh (alias) Gunasekaran (27), R. Solomon (19), P. Sathish Kumar (20), and P. Chandru (19), all residents of Veerapuram. Authorities state the murder stemmed from prior animosity between the victim and the suspects.
