**Kozhikode, Kerala, January 7, 2025** – The final voters’ list for Kozhikode district has been published, containing a total of 2,657,561 registered voters. The list includes 1,285,257 men, 1,272,255 women, and 49 transgender individuals. This represents an increase of 74,323 voters compared to the previous list.
The new list also details 37,556 young voters, 33,966 differently abled voters, and 21,336 voters over 80 years of age. Copies of the complete list have been distributed to all recognized political parties and booth-level officers.
The final list incorporates all applications received until December 20, 2024, following the publication of the draft list on October 29, 2024. Public complaints regarding the draft list were also considered before finalization.
